Social and Health Care Assistant for an Evening Shift at Solstien at Helsingegården

Then we have the job for you at Solstien, who would like to work in the evening shifts with weekends every other weekend.

Solstien is Helsingegården's department for people with dementia, where there are 16 residences. Daily life is unpredictable, but always exciting. We place a high value on collaboration about "the good elderly life" very highly.

The team you become part of consists of highly motivated colleagues who put the person before the illness. We work from a person-centered approach, where care and relationship work are in focus.

Worth knowing about PlejeGribskov

PlejeGribskov consists of the two care centers Helsingegården and Trongården, an activity center for people with moderate to severe dementia in Vejby, as well as Gribskov Rehabilitation, which is part of Helsingegården.

We work according to a fixed structure, where every four weeks a citizen conference is held in the individual teams at Helsingegården. We work from an activating approach with a focus on bringing the citizens' resources into play in the daily care tasks.

We also have a strong focus on activities based on each citizen's wishes and life history.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is up to 37 hours
