Solstien is Helsingegården's department for people with dementia, where there are 16 residences. Daily life is unpredictable, but always exciting. We place a high value on collaboration around "the good old life"

Things to know about PlejeGribskov

PlejeGribskov consists of the two care centers Helsingegården and Trongården, an activity center for people with moderate to severe dementia in Vejby as well as Gribskov Rehabilitation, which is part of Helsingegården.

We work according to a fixed structure, where every fourth week a citizen conference is held in the individual teams at Helsingegården. We work from an activating approach with focus on bringing the citizens' resources into play in the daily care tasks.

We also have a strong focus on daily activities, which are based on the individual citizen's wishes and life history.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is up to 37 hours
