At Helhedsplejen in Assens we are seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant for our evening team. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date of 1 December 2026.

About us At Helhedsplejen in Assens we primarily cover the area in and around the town of Assens. This means that we are a large, strong team, where there are daily 8 routes to cover. The employees have influence on the routes themselves, based on the citizens’ needs for help.

We consist of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care aides and a nurse. In the group we also have group nurses, therapists and a visitator, who come in with us and support the professional development. This means that we create good and coherent pathways for the citizens. In the evening team we hold team meetings once a week, where the interdisciplinary colleagues participate, and where the citizen pathways are discussed.

We work toward common goals with a focus on rehabilitation, high professional quality, interdisciplinarity and development of our staff.

About the job As a starting point there will be evening shifts with a schedule of 6 weekends in 12 weeks. There is also, as a starting point, a full-time position, but you can influence the number of hours yourself, and we can discuss this at an interview. We have flexible rosters, where you have influence over how your shifts are arranged.

Salary and terms of employment Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the rules on local wage formation.
