As a social and health care assistant in the Holistic Care (Helhedsplejen), you will be part of a professionally strong environment with emphasis on rehabilitative efforts, prevention of unnecessary hospital admissions and continuous citizen pathways. The position is desired to be filled on 1 December 2026 and is 28 hours per week.

The position is an evening shift in a 5-2 scheme with fixed shifts on Mondays and Tuesdays and every other weekend in odd weeks.
