At Helhedsplejen in Aarup/Vissenbjerg we are looking for someone who wants to become part of a workplace with a focus on well-being, opportunities for development and influence on your own duty roster. There are primarily day shifts or with the possibility of rotating day and evening shifts.

The position is full-time with start on 1 December 2026 and preferably earlier.

Who are we At Helhedsplejen in Aarup/Vissenbjerg we work in three teams. We enable employees to have influence over their own daily tasks, based on the citizens' need for help.

We are multidisciplinary with nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health care helpers, a few unskilled workers, therapists and training assistants. In the group the visitator also joins us and helps create good and cohesive pathways for the citizens.

We work towards shared goals with a focus on rehabilitation, high professional quality, interdisciplinary collaboration and development of our staff.

There will, as a rule, be day shifts and work every 3rd weekend, unless otherwise agreed. You can influence the number of hours yourself, but the starting point is 37 hours/week.

Salary and terms of employment Salary and employment terms are governed by the applicable collective agreement and based on local pay formation rules.
