Social- and Health Care Assistant for Home Care in Nørre Alslev

Storstrømsgruppen is the outreach home care service in Nørre Alslev, we are looking for social- and health care assistants who thrive working especially at off hours, as we have become busy.

The position is 37 hours/week in mixed shifts, with weekend shifts every other.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, and no later than 1/12-2026.

Storstrømsgruppen is a good mix of new employees and employees who have been employed for many years.

Emphasis is placed on cooperation, reliability in attendance, flexibility and high professionalism in carrying out with the citizen at the center.

• You have good cooperation skills and contribute positively to the community.
• You are flexible and help find good solutions in a changing everyday life.
• You have an interest in rehabilitation and support the citizens' possibilities to master their own life.
• You have basic IT skills.
• Familiarity with Nexus is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience from home care is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• You have a positive approach to work and meet citizens, relatives and colleagues with respect and recognition.
• You are open to development and changes.
• You have a driver's license for a passenger car.
