Social and Health Care Assistant for Stenløkkegruppen

At Stenløkkegruppen we are looking for a Social- and Health Care Helper who wants to put their skills into play in a safe and development-oriented environment. We are located at Jacob Hansens Vej 137 in Odense and are part of a public organization focused on quality, responsibility and stable operation.

We are a staff group of about 55 consisting of unskilled workers, therapists, nurses, social and health care assistants and social and health care helpers. We work in Fixed Interdisciplinary Teams and have the pleasure of a citizen group that either lives with mental disorders, congenital brain injury and/or acquired brain injury. Spans broad from the nearby self-reliant citizen to those with heavy care needs.

What you will be doing In daily life you will be close to the citizens and contribute to them experiencing safety, dignity and as much independence as possible. The tasks are varied, and you will have the opportunity to use both your professional skills and your human side. You will become an important part of an interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues, relatives and other partners.

• Perform personal care and practical assistance focusing on the citizens' resources and wishes
• Support citizens' mastery, independence and quality of life in everyday life
• Observe changes in citizens' condition and document professionally in our systems
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with colleagues and actively contribute to good solutions
• Create safety through clear, respectful and welcoming communication
• Participate in meetings, sparring and development activities in Stenløkkegruppen
