Committed SSH helper for a fixed day shift - will you join the journey in the new elder care act?

In Halsnæs Municipality's Home Care, we have a strong focus on well-being and good collaborative relationships. We know that it matters for how the task for the citizens is carried out when we get along well with each other.

For home care, we are looking for a day shift, someone who can see themselves in our everyday life - where care, high professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand and where good energy and light-heartedness are very welcomed.

The tasks take their starting point in meeting the citizen in their own home, where the approach is based on dignity, respectful behavior and warm contact. We think in rehabilitative and supportive terms, so the citizen can maintain their functional level as long as possible and experience the most quality of life.

We work in fixed teams. Fixed teams are a way to organize the care for our elderly citizens from a holistic and interdisciplinary perspective. Whether they are called fixed, self-managing or interdisciplinary teams, they share the focus on strengthening citizens’ self-determination and experience of continuity. So here is a good opportunity to be involved from the start.

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with applicable collective agreements. In addition, qualification and function supplements can be agreed. The expected base salary for 37 hours is in the range of DKK 29,391 – 32,840 per month excl. pension, depending on experience and competencies.
