Social and health care assistant for the evening shift at Plejehjemmet Fællesskabets Hus Ry

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for a permanent evening shift, with 30-37 hours per week with work every 2nd weekend. We work with dialogue-based shift planning, where the individual teams plan their working hours and shifts together, so it is important that you are willing to collaborate, be flexible and take co-responsibility.

We are a care home that is undergoing change and we are particularly focused on achieving greater interaction across the entire care home through small fixed interdisciplinary teams, consisting of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, therapists, center nurses as well as a planner for each pillar.

Salary and terms of employment are determined according to applicable collective agreement, including the fixed provisions relating to local wage setting.
