At Plejehjemmet Symfoniens sheltered unit in Næstved we are looking for a professionally engaged social- and health care helper or assistant for our interdisciplinary team.

Symfonien Hus 3 NV3 is a dementia-friendly housing unit with two mini-teams working closely together in a living-with environment characterized by homeliness, respect and presence.

We are also part of an organization in development, where we purposefully work to make elderly care in Næstved municipality even more humane and meaningful.

• have an interest in or experience with the dementia field
• work person-centered and see resources in each individual

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable agreement entered into between FOA and KL.

Working hours per week 37 hours per week in mixed shifts.
