About the job

Do you want a job where you both use your professional skills and get to know the people you make a difference for? Then you can now become part of the professional community at Møllegården

At Møllegården we are looking for a social and health care assistant or nurse who wants to be part of a professional community where we know our residents, help each other and together find good solutions.

With us you get the opportunity to use your professional skills close to the residents, develop yourself and have influence on your working time.

The position is as a rule 37 hours per week, but we are happy to talk with you about the number of hours that fits your life. We work in two shifts, and there is the possibility to work every second or every third weekend.

We are also in the process of a dialog-based roaster, so you get greater influence on your working time and the opportunity to create a good balance between work and leisure.

Professionalism and relationships go hand in hand

At Møllegården we work person-centered. This means that the resident’s wishes, life history, resources and self-determination are the starting point for our care and support.

As a social- and health care assistant or nurse you will have an important professional role around the residents.

You will among other things

  • take care of health- and nursing- tasks
  • observe changes in the residents’ health status and contribute to early interventions
  • help prevent disease progression and unnecessary hospitalizations
  • contribute to social-pedagogical action plans and the person-centered care
  • share your professional knowledge and spar with your colleagues
  • collaborate across professional disciplines around the individual resident.

You are not alone with the professionalism. We want a culture where we ask each other, reflect together and use each other’s different competences.

What you get with us

We can offer you among other things

  • influence on your shift plan
  • possibility for 37 hours or another number of hours by agreement
  • possibility for weekend work every second or every third weekend
  • a thorough introduction, so you get a secure start
  • professional sparring in everyday life
  • opportunity for competence development and responsibility
  • opportunity for special functions such as Cura-superuser, training supervisor or mobility supervisor
  • colleagues who help each other and take joint responsibility for the residents and the working day.

If you are newly graduated, we would also very much like to hear from you. We do not expect you to know everything from your first day. The most important is that you want to use and develop your professionalism together with us.

Who will be your residents and colleagues?

Møllegården consists of four clusters. Clusters A, B and C have 10 apartments each with accompanying common areas, while Cluster D is our protected unit with 13 apartments for people with dementia.

Right now we are looking for a colleague for cluster C

Here you will become part of the daily life around a smaller group of residents and have the opportunity to get to know both residents, their life history and their relatives well.

We hope that you

  • are trained social- and health care assistant or nurse
  • meet residents, relatives and colleagues with respect and curiosity
  • can work independently and at the same time want to be part of a team
  • use your professional knowledge to be curious about changes in the residents and find good solutions
  • want to learn new things and at the same time share what you already can.

You do not need many years of experience. We are also interested in you who are newly graduated or come with experience from another area.
