We are seeking a development-oriented, professional and strongly anchored Social and Health Helper for predominantly day shifts

Are you highly interested in the rehabilitative approach as well as prevention, and would you like to work in a varied and exciting environment, with high citizen flow and challenging health care tasks, then now is the time to apply.

Kastaniegården is currently a care and rehabilitation facility with 33 temporary places. Kastaniegården accepts citizens for closer clarification of care needs, rehabilitation and health care observations as well as interventions

As part of the health reform, this position is outsourced from Frederikshavn Municipality to the Region of Northern Jutland as of 1 January 2027.

When you apply for the position, you will therefore be part of a professional area that from 2027 will help develop and operate the new health and care placements in the Region of Northern Jutland. You will have the opportunity to be involved from the beginning and contribute to the development of a new health offering with a focus on a close, coherent and rehabilitative service to the citizens.

The position is generally 37 hours in mixed shifts, predominantly day/evening with every third weekend on day shifts. We are very open to involving you in arranging your working hours. Employment as soon as possible, no later than December 1

You will become part of a strong multidisciplinary cooperation between social and health care assistants, social and health care assistants, doctors, nutrition assistants, housekeepers, students, physiotherapists and occupational therapists as well as nurses. At Kastaniegården we are each other’s prerequisites for success.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
