Social- and health care assistant sought for Præsthøjgården Dept. B/C

We are seeking an engaged social and health care assistant who, with care, professionalism and presence, will help create a dignified and meaningful elderly life. You see the whole person and start from each resident's wishes, needs and resources.

You meet the residents with respect and equality and work with a focus on self-determination, quality of life, safety and strong relationships. Together with colleagues you contribute to a holistic effort where the resident is an active participant in their own life.

Then we have a permanent position for you for up to 37 hours. You have time off every 2nd weekend and will primarily have day shifts, but to ensure continuity for the residents, there will also be evening shifts.

Who are we

The Præsthøjgården B/C care center is located in the town of Horsens, and is a care unit with a total of 26 general nursing home residences and 2 guest places spread across 2 departments with their own kitchen and common room.

In department B/C there are employed nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, activity staff, a house assistant and substitutes who work together to give residents a life with what is, for them, quality of life.

The practical

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Start date 1 December or as soon as possible thereafter.

In your introductory period in the department you will have an introduction in both day and evening shifts.
