What you can work with here

At Stormly you will have a varied health-care daily life, where you both use your professional skills and get close to the residents.

You will among other things have the opportunity to work with

• Epilepsy and neurology – observation, seizure management, treatment and follow-up
• Care, treatment and rehabilitation based on the individual resident’s needs and resources
• Health-care coordination and documentation
• Interprofessional collaboration with nurses, social educators and therapists as well as specialists from the Epilepsy Hospital Filadelfia.

You do not need to know everything from the start. We ensure thorough introduction and training.

A strong professional community

Stormly is a social 24-hour and day care service under Filadelfia with a specialty in adults with epilepsy.

Our residents have complex health-care, cognitive and social-pedagogical needs. Some require nursing care. We work across professions and with specialists from the Epilepsy Hospital Filadelfia, including neurologists and neuropsychologists.

We prioritise professional development through, among other things, professional meetings, resident conferences, supervision and ongoing competence development.

We believe we succeed best when we use each other’s competencies and develop together.

Who are you?

The position

32–37 hours per week in mixed shifts, primarily day and evening shifts.

You choose whether you want to work every 2nd or every 3rd weekend.

Start date: 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is paid according to the applicable regional collective agreement. References from previous employment and a criminal record check will be obtained prior to employment.

Starting salary

Filadelfia is obliged to disclose the starting salary for the position. The base salary, centrally determined allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement are stated.

The starting salary may vary depending on seniority, relevant experience and education.

In addition to the starting salary there may be

• Right to allowances under local pre-agreements
• Right to special allowances, e.g., for evening, night and weekend work
• Opportunity to negotiate individual supplements depending on the position as well as experience and qualifications.
