Social and health care assistant to an outreach team - Hinnerup

We are seeking a new colleague in Hjemmeplejen Hinnerup. You must be a social- and health care helper or assistant who is passionate about helping and motivating our elderly citizens. This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week. The position is advertised as a full-time role, but there will be room for dialogue about the working hours.

The position involves mixed shifts, but most shifts will be day shifts. We would like you to be able to start no later than December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

In Hjemmeplejen Favrskov Øst we serve citizens who are authorized for personal care and practical assistance in Hinnerup and the surrounding area.

Here we are organized in cross-disciplinary teams where social and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, and nurses meet once a week for 45 minutes of professional sparring in teams, with the citizen placed at the center. In addition, we have a strong focus on maintaining and developing our good working environment.
