New colleagues are sought for the evening shift.

The position is 28 hours with start time 15:00 to 23:00.

About the job

We work in 3 teams with in-person meetings at Røsnæsvej 69B - 4400 Kalundborg.

• You work with the Older Persons Act and Holistic care.
• You share responsibility for planning routes in the small teams in collaboration with the planner.
• You work with early detection and intervention and ensure that you can follow up and see the development in the rehabilitative work.
• You have influence on shaping collaboration in the groups.
