About the job

Do you want to help make a difference – up close to the citizen?

Imagine a small nursing home where we know each other. Citizens and relatives and where all employees have significance for everyday life. This is Rønnebærparken!

We are Lolland's smallest nursing home with room for 18 residents. Right now we have 25 employees – a mixed group of social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers and students, who work in rotating shifts.

With us, there is room for everyone, and we believe we become best when we use each other's different competences and experiences.

We are looking for a social- and health-care assistant who wants to be part of a team where we work with holistic care

For us, holistic care is about seeing the whole person, creating coherence in the resident's daily life and starting from the individual person's wishes, needs and resources. We help each other across professional groups and tasks, because we believe that it is the community around the resident that makes the difference.

Who do we hope you are?

  • You are trained as a social- and health-care assistant.
  • You want to work with holistic care and the resident at the center.
  • You take responsibility, are curious and have initiative.
  • You dare to take on new tasks and want to develop your professional competences.
  • You contribute positively to the community and see the value in helping each other.

Are you new to the profession or do you not have experience from a nursing home? Then do not let that hold you back! You do not need to know it all from the first day of work. We will help you get into the tasks, share our knowledge and support you in developing the competences you need. The most important for us is that you have the will, courage and commitment to learn.

What can we offer you?

  • A small workplace where you quickly get to know both residents and colleagues.
  • A team with different professional backgrounds, experiences and competences.
  • Opportunity for professional development and influence on our shared daily life.
  • A workplace where we strive to create a culture of trust, respect and helpfulness.
  • A manager who wants to hear your ideas, and who believes that we succeed best together.

Shall we be your next place of work?

If you can see yourself in a small house with big ambitions for residents' daily life, we would really like to hear from you.

We look forward to meeting you – whether you come with many years of experience or are ready to take your first steps as a social- and health-care assistant at a nursing home.

At Rønnebærparken there is room to be new, room to learn and room to make a difference.
