Social- and health care assistants for day shift at Trongården

Skrænten is the Trongården department for people with dementia, with 17 homes. We consist of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care assistants and a pedagogical assistant. Daily life is unpredictable, but always exciting. We place a high value on collaboration around “the good older life.”

The team you will be part of consists of highly motivated colleagues who put the person before the illness. We work from a person-centered approach, where care and relationship work are in focus.

Worth knowing about PlejeGribskov

PlejeGribskov consists of the two care centers Helsingegården and Trongården, an activity center for people with moderate to severe dementia in Vejby, as well as Gribskov Rehabilitation, which is part of Helsingegården.

We work according to a fixed structure, where every four weeks a resident conference is held in the individual teams at Trongården. We work from an activating approach with focus on bringing the residents’ resources into play in the daily care tasks.

We also have a strong focus on daily activities, which take as their starting point the individual resident’s wishes and life history.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is up to 37 hours
