We are seeking a development-oriented, professional and strongly anchored Social and Health Care Assistant for predominantly evening shifts

Kastaniegården is currently a care and rehabilitation facility with 33 temporary places. Kastaniegården receives residents for further clarification of care needs, rehabilitation, and health-professional observations and interventions.

As part of the health reform, this position is being transferred from Frederikshavn Municipality to the North Jutland Region as of 1 January 2027.

When you apply for the position, you will therefore become part of a professional area that from 2027 will help develop and operate the new health and care facilities in the North Jutland Region. You will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to the development of a new health service with a focus on a close, integrated and rehabilitative offering to citizens.

The position is generally 37 hours in mixed shifts, mainly evenings/night with work every other weekend in the evening. We are very open to involving you in scheduling. There is part-time opportunity - employment as soon as possible, no later than 1 December 2026

You will be part of a strong multidisciplinary collaboration between Social and Health Helpers, Social and Health Assistants, a doctor, nutrition assistant, housekeepers, students, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, as well as nurses. At Kastaniegården we rely on each other to succeed with the task.

• Is good at maintaining calm and an overview, even in situations with many tasks and high complexity.
• Contributes to the development of the professional environment and implementation of new knowledge and development initiatives.
