About Langhuset

Langhuset is a residential care facility for 16 adult residents with permanently reduced physical and mental functioning. We are located in scenic surroundings in Aakirkeby with good outdoor areas that provide space for both calm, activity and presence.

We work every day to create a meaningful and content-rich everyday life for the residents – always based on their self-determination, wishes and individual needs. We work from KRAP and focus on creating frameworks where there is room for both community and the individual’s choices.

About the position

The position is in Langhuset, where you will become part of a professionally strong and engaged team. You will work with the entire resident group, where there are both shared tasks and opportunities to build closer relationships with individual residents.

The working hours are rotating day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.

In daily life we work with clear structure and recognizable frames and base our approach on a validating and relationship-based approach with a focus on creating security. In addition, activities take place both inside and outside the house – such as walks, rides and shared experiences – as an important part of the work with wellbeing, development and quality of life.

You will have a diverse everyday life, where you help create both small and large moments that make a difference for the residents.

• Kan varetage faglig dokumentation i CURA
• Kan formulere dig klart både mundtligt og skriftligt
• Kan samarbejde tværfagligt og indgå i dialog med pårørende
• Arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret i hverdagens opgaver
• Ser muligheder frem for begrænsninger

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til gældende overenskomst og efter principperne i lokal løndannelse.

Der vil blive indhentet straffeattest ved ansættelse.

Kørekort til kategori B - Almindelig bil er et krav.

Stillingen er på 37 timer pr. uge.
