Social Media & Visual Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media & Visual Content Creator to join the Momio team.

You are someone who spends hours on Social Media, instantly spots emerging viral trends, and knows exactly how to translate those trends into captivating, high-performing visual content. In this role, your primary focus is growth, producing stunning graphics, short-form videos, and engaging campaign assets that stop the scroll, attract new users, and keep our current Momio community buzzing.

Whether you are or have studying visual communication, graphic design, or digital marketing, or taking a gap year to build your professional portfolio, this role offers real responsibility and room to bring your ideas to life.

What the job is all about

• Trend Spotting & Social Media Strategy
• Live and breathe Social Media ends, audio clips, and formats.
• Identify viral trends early and brainstorm creative ways to adapt them for Momio’s unique target audience.
• Create and execute short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) designed to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
• High-Impact Graphic & Visual Design
• Produce sharp, visually appealing graphic assets for internal Momio campaigns (e.g., billboards, login overlays, news banner graphics etc.).
• Design external promotional materials and social ad creatives aimed at growing our user base.
• Ensure all visual content stays aligned with Momio’s visual identity while pushing creative boundaries to spark engagement.
• Campaign Execution & Content Creation
• Assist in writing, setting up, and coordinating weekly visual assets for internal and external campaigns.
• Deliver eye-catching marketing materials on short turnarounds for fast-moving digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Campaign Team to make sure every visual asset supports overall growth and campaign goals.
• Work closely with our team of Social Media Ambassadors to bring ideas and content to life.

What we are looking for

• You are a skilled graphic designer with an eye for color, composition, and typography.
• You have a deep, practical understanding of main Social Media used by our target audience and their algorithms, formats, and cultural trends.
• Solid skills in short-form video editing.
• You understand that great design on social media is meant to engage people and acquire new users.
• You can handle tight deadlines, manage your own workload, and keep track of project deliverables.
• You feel at ease jumping on a call with anyone on the team, from the Devs to the CEO, to talk through your ideas.
• Written and spoken English is essential, as we operate in an international environment.
• You believe in Momio’s vision of creating the best and safest first social media experience for kids.
