Social and Health Care Assistant, maternity leave cover in Vestgruppen, Bøge Allé 15, Ribe

We are seeking a social and health care assistant for a maternity leave position 30-37 hours per week starting December 1, 2026.

Our offering is a §105/85 housing and activity service for adults with developmental disabilities.

The position is in our West Group at Bøge Allé 15.

Our focus spans many professional areas; among other things, we work a lot with autism disorders, sensory integration, nonverbal supporting communication, and youth culture. There are 12 residents aged from 20 years and up.

You will have an SSA role where you will, among other things, handle medication, Uth’er, collaborate with doctors/nurses, have an overview of the 12 health care areas, and provide health care sparring to your colleagues. Additionally, you will participate in the same tasks as your colleagues regarding the residents and their whole life.

There are 10 employees in the group consisting of social and health care helpers, care and pedagogue aides, and pedagogues.

The residential offer has been merged with our Activity Offer at Pile Allé 6, which means you can choose to work every 4th weekend and then have some hours in the Activity Offer, as staff work across services where it makes sense for the resident in the sense of cohesion.
