Social and Health Assistant or Pedagogical Assistant for Duelund Nursing Home

Due to new exciting initiatives at Duelund Nursing Home, including the establishment of the new clarification and relief rooms, we are seeking an engaged Social and Health Assistant (SHA) as well as a Pedagogical Assistant for our team.

About Duelund Nursing Home

At Duelund we work with a strong professional expertise in the dementia field, where we, among other things, use neuropedagogy as a professional foundation. We place emphasis on care, respect and a person-centered approach. Residents at Duelund have varying needs, and therefore we create a safe, structured and meaningful everyday life together, with a focus on involving relatives in the collaboration.

• Experience with dementia is not a requirement, but you should be curious and prepared to work with relationship building

The position starts 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the current agreement between KL and FOA. The position is covered by the rules for new pay.

The position is 37 hours, with the possibility of a lower number of hours
