Social and Health Care Assistant or Social and Health Care Helper for Grønningen

The position is primarily day shifts with every other weekend off. You will have influence, and your skills will come into play from the start. There will also be plenty of opportunity to develop your competencies.

About you

We expect that you

• are educated as a social- and health care helper or a social- and health care assistant
• have knowledge of Nexus or a desire to acquire it, and understand the importance of professional documentation
• have a rehabilitative approach to working with the residents
• have a flair for IT and technology and want to incorporate this into everyday life
• can remain calm in challenging situations and see opportunities
• have an appreciative approach and want to help make a difference for the residents and their relatives

We are looking for you who put the resident at the center, with a focus on presence. An employee who can find the small things in daily life that give meaning to the resident – we call them star moments.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and FOA.

The position is to commence on 1 December 2026, preferably earlier if possible.

Please note that a criminal record check will be obtained before employment, and employment is conditional on it being satisfactory.

Interviews will be held continuously.
