Your main tasks

With us you become part of a strong collaboration where the residents' quality of life is at the center. Your tasks will include:

• Work closely with colleagues and contribute to residents being able to live a life that, in the greatest possible degree, reflects their habits, wishes and past life
• Ensure residents' wellbeing through a health-professional perspective on their care, including through daily meetings and triage, where we closely follow developments together
• Take responsibility for stable resident pathways and help create calm, continuity and security
• Contribute to coherence and quality in care across day, evening and night shifts, so that residents experience a holistic approach.

Who are we

Rosenhaven Nursing Home is located in scenic, park-like surroundings and within walking distance of Skovlunde Station. We have space for 72 residents and are divided into two units, East and West, each with its own character and community.

Our staff consists of nurses, clinical supervisors, social and health care assistants, social and health care helpers, and care workers. We are also an educational site for students and trainees.

Rosenhaven is led by a nursing home manager, three department heads and supported by two administrative staff; together we work purposefully to create a workplace where both residents and employees thrive.

Hiring process and salary

Start date December 1, 2026, or by agreement.

We conduct interviews as applications are received.

The position is generally 37 hours and permanent. Shifts are Wednesdays and Thursdays, and weekends on even weeks.

Application deadline: November 16, 2026.

We offer pay and terms of employment in accordance with the collective agreement for social- and health-care assistants in municipalities and in line with local wage-setting principles and in agreement with the bargaining organization.

Salary range for the position is DKK 31,420 - 43,824 per month (37 hours).

The salary depends on a negotiation between the manager and the trade union that holds the right to negotiate for the applicable agreement.

The composition of the salary depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
