About you and the job

You will have a varied everyday life, with room for development and sparring with good and professionally strong colleagues.

Everyday life is characterized by both basic and complex citizen journeys, so therefore we need employees who see the exciting in working rehabilitatively and relationally around the citizen, and who have a good insight into the basic holistic care and nursing.

Short about Kragsbjerg Nursing Home

• We are a nursing home consisting of 4 departments with room for 72 residents, of which there is a shared living arrangement for the demented
• Kragsbjerg Nursing Home is on a journey, as we have been part of Havebæk Nursing Home, which has now been divided and therefore Kragsbjerg has become an independent nursing home.
• We are a large multidisciplinary staff group, where all professions work closely around the residents
• As an employee with us, you will primarily be attached to a team, but from time to time you will need to work across the entire house where the need is
• We use resident conferences and triage as methods in our daily collaboration together with the resident

Salary and employment terms

The start date is as soon as possible and no later than 1 December 2026.

The position is 37 hours per week or as desired, how many hours you want.

Work every 2nd or 3rd weekend according to your own wishes.

The position is paid according to current collective agreement depending on experience and qualifications. The expected salary level will be provided before any interview.
