32-37 hours per week / Shifting shifts / Work every 2nd weekend

At Trekløveret we are looking for a professionally strong and engaged social- and health care assistant who wishes to use their health-professional competencies in a specialized social field where care, rehabilitation and pedagogy go hand in hand.

With us you will meet not only citizens with health care needs. You meet people with dreams, wishes and resources who need a professional who can support them in mastering their own life, developing themselves and experiencing the greatest possible self-determination.

Therefore we are looking for a SSA who sees value in relationships and who wants to develop their pedagogical competencies. Experience from the social sector is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is that you are curious, ready to learn and motivated to work with the pedagogical approach that is a natural part of daily life at Trekløveret.

Who are we?

Trekløveret is a residential facility under the Social Adult Area, Center 1, where 22 adult citizens with physical and mental disabilities live in their own apartments.

We work based on Neuropedagogical, Relational Pedagogy, Recovery-supportive approach , an appreciative, resource-focused and structured approach with a focus on development, well-being, self-determination and participation in one\'s own life. We believe that the best results are created through professional reflection, strong relationships and close interdisciplinary collaboration.

We expect that you

• Are trained as a social- and health care assistant.
• Can actively apply your health care knowledge around the citizens.
• Are eager to work with pedagogical methods and relational support.
• Can see possibilities rather than limitations and meet the citizens with respect and recognition.
• Are curious about people\'s development and resources.
• Are willing to learn new things and develop professionally within the specialized social area.
• Can work independently, but at the same time contribute actively to the community.
• Take responsibility for documentation and professional actions.
• Can remain calm, maintain overview and professional judgment in a changing everyday life.

Your tasks

As an SSA at Trekløveret you will be an important part of both the health-related and pedagogical efforts around the citizens.

You should, among other things

• Support the citizens in their everyday life and personal goals.
• Work rehabilitatively and support the citizens\' independence.
• Contribute with health-related observations and actions.
• Create safe, professional and developmental relationships.
• Participate in activities and communities with the citizens.
• Document the efforts and collaborate with relatives and other partners.
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions and reflections on the citizens\' development.
