In Home Care, Evening South in Roskilde Municipality, we are seeking dedicated social- and health care assistants who want to become part of our community.

We are in the midst of an exciting development, where we want to strengthen professionalism, employee influence and collaboration in smaller, self-managing mini-teams.

A work schedule that fits your life We offer exclusively evening shifts, so you avoid alternating day, evening and night shifts.

We have several options

• 7/7 arrangement: Work seven evenings and keep seven days off.
• 5/2 arrangement: A fixed work rhythm, which we plan together.
• Hourly-paid substitute: Do you already have a job, or would you simply like to supplement your income with extra shifts? Then you are very welcome with us.

We want to find solutions that fit both employees' wishes and our joint tasks.

Be part of shaping the future of home care In Evening South, we are working to develop smaller, self-managing mini-teams with greater employee influence.

We want employees to take more co-responsibility for daily planning, the organization and the collaboration around the citizens.

Your role as a social- and health care assistant You will have the opportunity to use your health-care competencies in a varied everyday life with independence and responsibility.

Your tasks will include

• Independent health-care tasks within your area of competence.
• Medication handling, clinical observations and early detection.
• Coordination and follow-up on citizen pathways.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and professional sparring.
• Documentation and quality assurance.
• Participation in the development of our mini-teams and workflows.

• Is educated as a social- and health care assistant.

• Experience from home care is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Has a Class B driving license
