We are looking for a committed and caring social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper who wishes to become part of a professionally strong and well-functioning team at our care center.

Engholm Center is a small care center in Sdr. Felding, located in the southern part of Herning Municipality. There are 33 beds, distributed over 3 departments. We have 2 temporary beds and 6 beds in a protected unit.

Your duties

• Care and support of our residents
• Contribute to creating a safe and meaningful everyday life, with focus on life history, wishes and individual needs
• Documentation and follow-up in Cura
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues, relatives and partners
• Contribute to the development of the professional quality in care
• Active participation in residents' social activities and communities

We expect that you

• Are trained as a social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the community
• Meet residents, relatives and colleagues with respect and acknowledgment
• Have an interest in the elderly sector and wish to develop your professional competences
• Have experience with documentation or a desire to learn it
• Contribute with good humor and energy in the workplace

Terms of employment

• Hours by agreement
• The position will include day, evening, and weekend work
• Individual considerations for hours and shift patterns can be accommodated.
• The position is to be filled February 1, 2027 or earlier.
• Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement
