At Helhedsplejen in Brønderslev Municipality we are seeking a Social- and Health Care Assistant for night shift . You will become part of a dedicated and multidisciplinary night team, where we work together each night to create security, quality and continuity for the municipality's citizens.

The night is much more than supervision and routines.

As an SSA in the night shift you become an important professional resource in a team consisting of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers and nurses. Together we solve complex tasks, make professional decisions and ensure that citizens experience attentive and competent care - around the clock.

• Have an interest in or experience with night shifts
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

Your everyday life in the night shift

You report to a shift where collaboration and professionalism are the driving forces. Some nights require calm and overview, others require quick decisions and close coordination. Common to all shifts is that you never stand alone.

We help each other, share knowledge and take responsibility together, because we know that strong relationships between colleagues create the best conditions for good care and treatment.

Employment terms

Location: Hjallerup Erhvervspark 2, 9320 Hjallerup

Employment: 1/1-27. As soon as possible or by agreement.

Hours: 30-37 hours per week

Shift plan: Fixed rotation 5-2 with work every 2nd weekend

Salary and employment: According to the applicable collective agreement
