At the same time you will become part of a workplace where we help each other, share our knowledge and are united in creating the best framework for both citizens and employees.

Who are we?

On Munkehatten, 1st floor, 18 adult residents live. The department is divided into a right and a left side with nine residents on each side, and as an employee you will be attached to one of the sides.

The residents are different people with different interests, wishes and dreams. Some enjoy activities, music and community, while others prefer calm and predictable surroundings. What they have in common is that they need employees who meet them with care, respect and a genuine wish to make a positive difference.

With us, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care aides, pedagogues, pedagogical assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and care assistants work closely together. We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration, and that we succeed best when we use each other’s professionalities.
