Social and health care assistant for day or evening shift

Who are you? You are a social- and health care assistant with experience from or a desire to work in the elderly and dementia sector. You are professionally grounded, reflect on your own practice and work in a structured and safe manner within your competence area.

Your tasks will include: Create homeliness, safety and special moments together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.

Take responsibility based on the residents' needs and values.

Collaborate across teams and spar with colleagues.

Document in Nexus, and ensure proper onboarding/training.

About the position The position is 30/37 hours per week, working every other weekend.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

About Riis Friplejehjem Riis is a lively and homely place with 40 nursing-home apartments spread over 2 floors, where staff work daily to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for residents.

We have a large hall for shared activities, where the activity worker arranges various activities for the joy of the home’s residents. Volunteers and the circle of friends also play an active role in daily life, and meals are prepared in the home’s own production kitchen.
