Social and Health Care Assistant for study unit at Rosenvang Nursing Home

We are looking for two SSHs who are qualified mentors. You will, in collaboration with residents, relatives and colleagues, provide high-level health care and care to the residents at the centre. You will be attached to a small group and be a regular point of contact for about 4 residents.

The positions are 32-37 hours per week, with work every other weekend.

In addition to the work around the residents, you should have an interest in and experience with the pedagogical work with students.

Each mentor should expect to have about two students in overlap.

For several years we have had a large study unit, which among other things means that a large portion of the staff are educated with us. We would like a bit of new blood, i.e., some who have seen and tried something other than what we practice at Rosenvang, so we can continue to develop and optimize.

We currently have a challenge in that everyone, every single day, experiences the study unit as a common whole, where the focus is on the learning environment. If that is something you can contribute to, we would love to hear from you.

There is close professional sparring with colleagues, nurses and our educationally responsible nurse.
