About the positions

• Mixed shifts, but mainly day shifts for now
• As a starting point, work every 3rd weekend, other wishes can be discussed
• Hours per week as agreed; please indicate your desired number of hours in your application
• Start as soon as possible or no later than 1 December 2026

About District Bakkegården

We are a staff group of about 34 employees, covering different professional groups.

We have a well-functioning multidisciplinary collaboration in our team, which includes district nurse, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, social and health care assistants and social and health helpers.

We are a district in the middle of Randers city, which is undergoing changes, which means our district will change its form as of 1 January 2027, but we will remain an urban district.

We are undergoing changes as the new elderly law is to be implemented, so it is important that you can see yourself as part of a team where new initiatives and different workflows are on the horizon.

We work in smaller teams and with the role of care pathway lead, to create the best possible continuity and quality of citizen journeys.

Your tasks

• Perform personal care and practical assistance with a focus on the citizens’ wishes and needs
• Observation tasks and documentation of residents’ condition and development
• Medication handling etc.
• Support citizens in maintaining their independence and dignity
• Documentation in Nexus
• General collaboration with colleagues, relatives and other partners

• Have an interest in the elderly care sector and an appreciative approach
• Are responsible, flexible and good at collaborating
• Can work independently and have a good overview
• Are ready for changes
• Contribute to a good working environment
• Are educated as a social and health care helper or a social and health care assistant
