For our residential facility in Munkebo, where 8 citizens with developmental disabilities and/or late brain injury have their home, we are seeking pedagogical staff who want to be part of a strong professional community. We work cross-disciplinary with both social-pedagogical support and health act services, and we place emphasis on citizens being met with respect, professional quality and an individually tailored approach.

We actively invest in employees’ competence development. Therefore the entire staff group is currently participating in a training program at UCL on professional identity and relatives’ collaboration. In addition we offer regular narrative supervision, professional sparring and ongoing competence development.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for Social Pedagogues and pedagogical staff at 24/7 institutions entered into between KL and SL. The position is classified as social pedagogue at 37 hours/week.

Expected salary range: DKK 33,439.06 - 37,877.85 per month excluding employer-paid pension, gratuity and holiday allowance. There may also be locally agreed allowances, qualification-, function- and genetic allowances.

The final salary setting is based on your qualifications and previous work experience after specific negotiation with the professional organization.
