About the job

Boligerne Ved Sønderåen is a residential facility under the Social Services Act sections 105 and 107 for adult citizens with various psychiatric and social problems.

Our core task is to support citizens in their recovery process and create frameworks where each person has the opportunity to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. We start from the citizen's own wishes, resources and goals and emphasize that the citizen has the greatest possible influence on their own life.

As a psychiatry-professional employee your core task is to support citizens in handling their vulnerabilities, develop their coping strategies and strengthen their independence. You will come close to citizens' daily life and have the opportunity to follow their development over time.

We work purposefully with social psychiatric core tasks and take as our starting point a recovery-oriented and rehabilitative approach. Together with the citizen we identify, maintain and strengthen the strategies and competencies that support well-being, life mastery and participation in everyday life.

You will have a daily life with both fixed tasks and situations that require professional reflection, presence and flexibility .

About us

Boligerne Ved Sønderåen is part of Center Tinghøj, which offers support to people with psychosocial difficulties.

With us 16 citizens live with various psychosocial problems. We are a multidisciplinary team of 18 staff with different professional backgrounds, and we see our differences as a strength.

We succeed with our core task through professionalism, trust and collaboration. Therefore we place emphasis on a work environment where we help each other, share our knowledge and dare to be curious about our own and each other's practice.

• have a relevant education such as nurse, pedagogue or social and health assistant
• have interest in or experience with social psychiatry
• can work relationally and recovery-oriented
• meet citizens with respect, curiosity and an eye for their resources

• have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the working environment
• can document professional efforts and work systematically and purposefully with citizens' development
• are keen to develop both your own professionalism and our shared practice

It is an advantage if you have experience from psychiatry or social psychiatry, but the most important thing is that you want to work with people and are passionate about supporting their development and life mastery.

Working hours

The working hours are arranged with a combination of day and evening shifts and work at least every 3rd weekend.

There are expected to be at least two evening shifts per week.

Terms of employment

Start date: 1 December 2026

Weekly hours: 37 hours

Salary and terms of employment: According to applicable collective agreement. The salary range is stated in connection with invitation to interview.
