Social work staff for Pilebakken

At Pilebakken in Assens Municipality we are looking for new colleagues who are educated as a pedagogue or social and health assistant, and who want to work with people with developmental disabilities.

The positions are 37 hours per week, but there is also possibility for part-time. The working hours will be distributed over day, evening shifts and shifts every other weekend.

Start date as soon as possible.

Who are we Pilebakken is a residence for adults with significant and lasting disabilities. The positions are in the east department, where 22 residents live.

The residents are very diverse, as the residence includes immobile, Down syndrome, dementia and other age-related diseases, psychiatric problems as well as late brain injury and impaired functioning due to birth or fetal injuries. Therefore it is important that you as a person are curious about diversity.

In the east department we have hired pedagogues, care assistants and social and health assistants, just as the department has attached a nurse.

The east department is a training site for SSA students, pedagogy students and nursing students. In the department we are 20 colleagues and a department head, who look forward to you becoming part of the team.

About the job You must help residents with daily tasks as needed, morning care, dressing, meals, medication, activities etc.

A valid driving license is a prerequisite for the job.

Wages and terms of employment Wages and terms of employment are in accordance with applicable collective agreement and based on rules on local wage formation.
