Social workers for Myndighed Social

• 1 full-time (permanent) and 1 part-time (temporary)

Are you a social worker who is passionate about the profession, about people and wants to make a difference? Then you might be the one we are looking for in Myndighed Social.

As one of our good colleagues has wished to try new challenges, we are seeking a social worker in a permanent position of 37 hours/week with starting date 1 January 2027.

In addition, we are looking for a social worker in a 1-year temporary position – also starting on 1 January 2027. The position is a part-time role of 15-20 hours/week, possibly in a flex job.

In the department there are three teams – Disability, Social and Psychiatry – all working with authority tasks within the specialized adult sector. The shared mindset in the department is based on a recovery-oriented approach, where the aim is for the support to help the citizen achieve as much independence and mastery of their everyday life as possible.

You will become part of our overall social worker group, which consists of 21 engaged advisers and 1 social work student, who are also passionate about the target group. You will have responsibility for your own tasks, case portfolio and you will participate in team collaboration, where we help each other as needed.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Processing applications under, among other things, the Social Services Act sections 84, 85, 97, 103, 104, 107, 108 and 109.
• Preparation of functional assessments and professional assessment of the citizen's support needs.
• Preparation of action plans in accordance with the Social Services Act and based on the citizen's hopes and dreams.
• Coordination and collaboration with relevant actors and partners.
• Follow-up on ongoing actions and goals, including ensuring that needs, interventions and the funding rate align.
• The part-time position will mainly involve tasks related to relocations without consent and guardianship.
