Søndervangskolen is seeking a dedicated and capable teacher with experience as a reading advisor, who is passionate about creating a strong academic environment for our students, collecting and disseminating knowledge and good practices from the reading area to colleagues and right into the students' daily lives. The position is a permanent position with the possibility of part-time.

At Søndervangskolen, from this school year we have reallocated resources in the reading area to be more in teaching rather than previously taking students out of the classroom for instruction.

• Have a teaching degree and be a reading advisor.
• Have good experience in mentoring colleagues in the reading area.
• Be strong relationally and able to create a safe and motivating learning environment.
• Be a strong team player who actively contributes and takes initiative in close team collaboration.

Who are we? Søndervangskolen is a three-stream school in Glostrup with 700 students, located centrally in the town. We have both SFO and Club and host Glostrup’s reception classes. We are an independent school in its third year and are developing the internal and external lines, and we have an active and constructive school board.
