Sofiendalskolen seeks a stable and approachable cleaning assistant for a permanent 40-hour-per-week position from 04-01-2027

Sofiendalskolen is a school where we meet our students with high expectations and where children and adults meet with an appreciative approach and a resource-oriented mindset. As a cleaning assistant at the school you will join a large group of skilled, adaptable and development-ready teachers, pedagogues and service staff. Your understanding of working in an educational environment and your approach and communication with children and young people are essential.

In practice, the working hours will lie between 06:00 and 14:00. 37 hours per week and tentatively take place in the main school. The position entitles 5 weeks of vacation as well as pupil-free days, which depend on the school calendar for the current year. In return, the working time is 37 hours per week, where you are paid for 33.44 hours, cf. applicable collective agreement.

Much of the work takes place during school hours when there are pupils in the classes and will therefore take place in close dialogue with teachers, pedagogy staff and pupils.

Sofiendalskolen is located in Aalborg SV, a large urban school between Hobrovej, Hasseris and City Syd. The school presents itself as a modern and up-to-date school with good buildings and subject rooms. At the school we are just under 700 students and 100 staff. The school includes both general and special classes. This means that you will daily interact with many children and adults who require clarity, equal treatment, a sense of order, independence and a positive attitude to work.
