Solgården seeks SOSU assistant/caregiver as of 01 December 2026

Solgården Nursing Home is seeking a professionally competent social and health care assistant/caregiver for a permanent 30-hour position or as agreed in mixed shifts with weekend work either every 2nd or 3rd week.

Solgården currently houses 43 residents across 5 living units and as of 01.01.27 we will open another department with 4 temporary accommodation spaces.

You will encounter a daily life that ranges widely professionally and socially with tasks drawing on your various skills directed at the residents. We work according to the principles of living and home environments, where the foundation is closeness, security, family-like conditions, companionship and influence.

We expect that you can following

• Medication management, guidelines, and implementation of these
• Collaboration on health plans with the other staff
• Responsibility in relation to your competences and to be trained in relevant tasks
• Can and dare to reflect on your own and others' practice and can see documentation as an integrated part of the interdisciplinary collaboration
• Can be in situations where residents have challenging behavior
• Can work in an appreciative and conflict-deescalating manner.
• Can master supporting and assisting with personal care

Salary

If you are trained as a SOSU assistant, the starting salary for a full-time employee will be 29,903 DKK per month + pension. In addition, a qualification salary is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications. If you have another educational background, including SOSU helper, the salary level will be stated prior to the employment interview.
