SOSU Nord seeks a sales-oriented consultant for KURSUS Nord

Kursus Nord experiences strong growth in the continuing education area, and therefore we are looking for a new colleague who will help develop the business and create strong results. You will become part of an engaged consultant team, where the ambition is clear: We must continue to strengthen Kursus Nord's position as the preferred partner within education and competence development in the welfare sector.

Kursus Nord develops, sells and conducts continuing education programs for municipalities, regions and private actors within four central welfare areas: children and youth, the specialized social field, the hospital sector and the elderly sector

Your profile

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and persistent consultant with a results-oriented mindset and talent for closing deals.

Our expectations of you are

· you have education, experience and a network within one or more of our areas: children & youth, the specialized social field, the hospital sector and the elderly sector

· you naturally excel at and preferably have experience with proactive sales

· you have strong analytical abilities and can identify entry points into new markets

· you are a self-starter and thrive in a busy daily life, where you often operate on your own

· you have an understanding of both conceptual selling and the tailored solution. At the same time, it is important that you can sell broadly – also outside your own domain

· you are skilled at building relationships and gain energy from meeting people

We hope

· you have knowledge of and/or experience with the education sector – preferably from a similar role – and are used to operating in a politically governed organization

· you have knowledge of and/or experience with the AMU sector

· you have experience with a full-service customer approach

Salary and employment terms

This is a fixed full-time position with an average of 37 hours per week, starting on February 1, 2027.

Salary and employment terms according to circular on the organizational agreement for leaders and teachers at institutions for vocational education that offer the basic social and health educations (including SOSU schools).

The position will be placed at the base pay scale from pay grade 1 – 3 including centrally agreed teaching allowance. The salary level, for 37 hours per week, is between DKK 376,000 - DKK 439,000 annually. In addition comes a locally agreed teaching allowance of DKK 16,064 annually and possibly qualification allowance.

Pension contributions amount to 18.4%.

Kursus Nord is part of SOSU Nord and engages in recruitment and continuing education within welfare areas. We offer courses and continuing education as AMU and IDV within the FKB areas: “Care and nursing in the municipal health service”, ”Social psychiatry and physical/mental disability”, “Health and nursing tasks in the hospital sector” and “Educational work with children and youth”.

Geographical coverage includes 9 northern Jutland municipalities and 6 fixed departments in Aalborg, Hjørring, Frederikshavn, Brovst, Aars and Hobro. Nationally we are part of the Danish Social and Health Schools and also collaborate with a number of other public and private actors within the welfare sector.
