At Temp-Team Aarhus we are looking for a colleague who will help strengthen our team and create value for both customers and candidates. As sous-chef you will have a central and executive role, where your day-to-day will consist of temp and recruitment tasks as well as proactive sales efforts in close collaboration with our internal meeting-booking team.

We are looking for a profile that has a good business understanding as you will become the department head's right hand and strategic sparring partner. Together with him and the team you will help create momentum and commercialize the department.

You will work with the recruitment process from A-Z, including identifying customer needs, job postings, search, screening, reference checks, interviews and testing of candidates. You also have experience with B2B sales, customer visits, relationship building and customer care. We call it a "360" as you can act as both seller and recruiter and in this position we also expect you to have the drive and experience to take the lead as operations manager.

You will become part of a team of 5 consultants and in addition we have 4 SalesSupporters attached.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment process from A-Z
• Daily coordination and prioritization of the team's tasks
• Follow-up on activity level and progress in task solutions
• Ensure maintenance of quality in our recruitment processes
• Customer visits and sale of temp and recruitment solutions
• Staffing of urgent temporary positions and try-and-hire programs
• Ensure efficient and streamlined handover of tasks
• Convey knowledge about temp agency legislation and collective agreements

Qualifications and competencies

To succeed in the job it is important that you have a natural leadership in you and that you are passionate about your colleagues thriving and feeling good. You are quick to offer sparring and assistance to colleagues, customers and candidates.

We are looking for a profile who has experience with both sales and recruitment, where you are used to conducting a professional dialogue in both written and spoken form. It is a big plus if you have in-depth experience from the temp and recruitment industry including temp legislation and collective agreement terms.

We hope you are results-oriented with a positive and optimistic mindset, where you see opportunities rather than limitations - and you are the type who takes responsibility and leads from the front.

In addition you are familiar with MS Office, and used to using CRM systems as a natural part of everyday life.

It is a requirement that you have a driver's license for a passenger car.

Practical information

You will be employed in Temp-Team A/S’ department in Aarhus with reference to the department head.

The department is located in Frichsparken in Aarhus, but geographically extends from Horsens to Aalborg.
