Our skilled store manager at Shell Brådebæksvej in Hørsholm is looking for a highly motivated partner!

Are you up for taking on an exciting role at Shell as a sous-chef, then perhaps you’re the one we’re looking for.

We are looking for a new colleague who will be the store manager's right-hand person. You will become part of the daily management together with the store manager and you will have your own areas of responsibility. You will participate in achieving the store's sales targets and help to create continued growth.

You are service-minded and take pride in giving customers an experience beyond the expected. You are outgoing and flexible – you are a fighter who knows that it takes hard and dedicated work to reach the goal.

It is natural for you to take the lead and show the way as a good example regarding customer service and standards in the store. You also participate in the development of the other staff, so we ensure that the whole team is always highly motivated and ready. You will have ample opportunity to unfold your leadership potential and develop yourself, in collaboration with the store manager and your other colleagues, according to your competencies.

. Your tasks include, among other things

• Daily management of staff and responsibility for the store
• Ensure that the store meets customers' expectations and Shell standards - cleaning
• Sale of fuel, car wash, tips and lottery, groceries, confectionery, food and beverages and much more.
• Ordering and replenishment of goods - trimming of the store and forecourt
• Accounting
