Special kindergarten Bjerget provides on-call substitutes

We are seeking engaged and caring on-call substitutes who want to be part of a everyday where presence, development and professionalism go hand in hand.

Bjerget is a §32 institution under the Social Services Act and houses children aged 0-6 years with special needs that are not accommodated in the general offerings. Here you meet a group of fantastic children, a strong multidisciplinary collaboration and skilled colleagues who every day work to create the best development opportunities for the children.

The staff group consists of educated pedagogues, multidisciplinary staff, as well as administration.

We have children distributed across four rooms. As an on-call substitute you will become part of the room where the need arises. Therefore it is important that you are flexible and thrive with varying workdays.

We expect that you

• Have an interest and willingness to work with children with special needs
• Preferably have experience with the special educational field
• Are willing to perform personal care as part of the task
• Can remain calm and maintain an overview in a changing daily life
• Are flexible and ready for both planned shifts and shifts on short notice
• Want to join a professional community where collaboration is highly valued
