In Team Trige/Toftegården, there is a need for more committed substitutes who want to contribute with secure and coherent citizen paths in close collaboration with our other staff.

With us, you will become part of a fast-paced daily life with meaningful tasks. We meet the citizens with good humor and a focus on both the individual citizen and the collegial community.

You do not necessarily need experience in elder care. The most important is that you want to work with older citizens, take responsibility and are motivated to learn.

• want to work with elderly citizens and contribute to them living a good and independent life in their own home.
• meet the citizens with respect, dignity, and care.
• are curious, engaged and willing to learn.
• are responsible, presence and reliable in attendance.
• can work independently and at the same time value collaboration with colleagues.
• can keep an overview in a busy daily life and know when it is important to ask for help.
• have a driving license for a passenger car (category B) and can cycle.

About the job

In Team Trige/Toftegården we work purposefully to create coherent paths based on citizens' needs, wishes, resources and potential.

As a substitute, you will handle tasks within personal care and practical help. Your efforts will thus support the citizens' well-being, so they to the greatest extent can maintain their independence and live the life they want in their own home.

The work takes place in the around-the-clock area all days of the week. There is possibility for both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Thorough introduction

We do not expect that you can do everything from the start. Therefore, all new substitutes receive a thorough introduction with training and on-call shifts so you become familiar with both the tasks, the citizens and our workflows before working independently. In addition, you must complete mandatory physical and online courses that support you in acquiring the necessary competencies to perform the tasks in a professionally sound manner. It is important to us that you feel well prepared for the task.

Team Trige/Toftegården handles home care in the northern part of Aarhus and Hasle area

We are about 60 staff distributed across different professions in day and evening shifts, and we work every day to create the best conditions for citizens' lives in their own homes.
