About the job

Do you thrive at the intersection of study administration, governance and development? Are you motivated by creating an overview of complex processes, translating rules and reform requirements into concrete solutions and driving development tasks across the organisation? Then you might be our new special consultant.

About the position

Study administration at Copenhagen Business Academy (EK) is looking for a special consultant with solid experience in study administration and governance - one who can drive, coordinate and quality assure processes across professional and administrative levels.

As a special consultant, you will take on a coordinating role in study administration work with quality assurance of study regulations across 44 programmes, and the implementation of new programmes as part of the extensive educational reform. This is a task solved in close collaboration with Law and Governance, the Structure Team, the Quality Department and EK’s programmes.

Study administration has a strong focus on compliance and quality, which supports sustainable study paths for students and efficient administrative processes. It will therefore be your task to ensure a systematic review of EK’s study regulations and practices.

At the same time, EK is in the midst of a comprehensive reform project affecting all our programmes. Study administration is centrally located in this work, and we are committed to supporting the programmes as best as possible in implementing the reform. A central part of the position will therefore be to create an overview, process descriptions and information material that can be used across the organisation.

You will also serve as a sparring partner for the programmes and collaborate closely with the academic leads, managers in Study Administration, Heads of Education and colleagues in other cross-cutting units.

About EK Study Administration

Denmark’s largest business academy, Copenhagen Business Academy (EK), was formed in July 2025 through the merger of the two former business academies Cphbusiness and KEA. We are therefore a new study administrative unit with more than 65 employees spread across a number of functions and teams: Admissions, Timetabling and Planning, Study Progress, Examinations, Study Guidance, SPS, SU, Structure as well as Law and Governance. We handle administration, governance and guidance for our 44 full-time programmes and just over 10,000 students.

In Study Administration you will become part of an ambitious and professionally strong environment with a focus on quality, collaboration and development. At the same time we have an informal tone and a good collegial community.

Our unit is located on Nansensgade in Copenhagen K. Your daily work will primarily take place here, but tasks may occur at EK’s addresses.

About you

We expect you to have a relevant advanced education, for example in social sciences, law or humanities.

In addition, we place emphasis on the following

  • Ability to drive processes forward and achieve results
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation and governance
  • Interest in the education sector and preferably experience from the education sector or central administration
  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly both orally and in writing
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate across the organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and good system understanding
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and translate them into robust solutions
  • Structured work approach and a view to both operations and development

It is also advantageous if you have experience with study administration, study regulations and relevant legislation.

We are looking for a person who thrives with responsibility, takes initiative and is motivated by achieving results together with others.

Are you ready for new challenges at EK?

The position is intended to be filled on 1 December 2026.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC).
