About the job

We are seeking a specialist in clinical genetics who is keen to take on new challenges within the field of fertility. You may have experience in evaluating and advising fertility patients. Additionally, a similar profile is sought for single persons/couples where donor sperm is used and genetic issues are suspected. This in collaboration with, among others, our professor of andrology.

The position starts 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

The Fertility Clinic is one of Denmark's largest public clinics (approximately 2000 IVF/ICSI cycles, 1500 FET cycles, 750 inseminations annually), with high research activity and university status. The team consists of 55 multidisciplinary staff (medical secretaries/SAK, biologists, biomedical laboratory scientists, nurses, midwives, doctors) in the areas of evaluation, IUI, IVF, ICSI, TESA, micro-TESE, frozen/thawed oocytes, blastocysts and sperm storage.

A hospital that largely relies on a good tone of communication, that we are good at seeing opportunities and spend less energy on limitations, and that we have a strong team spirit because staff and managers want to help each other. A hospital with a vision of a high international level, partnership with the patient, as well as quality and coherence that are followed in a strategy that involves more humanity, greater coherence, more professionalism and stronger relationships. The department employs about 200 skilled staff in total, contributing to a positive and informal atmosphere.

A department that is in the midst of an exciting process of developing purpose-driven leadership with building blocks from the hospital's vision and strategy.
