SSA for evening shift in Local Team Hastrup

We are looking for a new colleague who, like us, loves working in the evenings and wants to be part of our holistic effort in Local Team Hastrup.

You will have to work in 2-3 shifts and with a duty every 2nd weekend in even weeks.

We are based at Gymnasievej 8 in Køge, where we operate from (you must have a valid driver's license).

About the job We work with holistic care, prevention and rehabilitation in citizens' own homes. We work purposefully to ensure that the individual citizen can live the good life filled with joy and security. We do this, among other things, by starting from the individual citizen and involving the citizen's family in constructive collaboration.

We work in cross-disciplinary mini-teams that cover the whole range of needs for a fixed group of citizens.

You will, among other things, work with

• Holistic care based on a preventive and rehabilitative approach for the individual citizen.
• Involvement of the citizen and their network in constructive collaboration.
• Transferred nursing tasks such as medication dosing, wound care, stoma etc. The tasks are aligned according to your competency assessment.
• Be proactive in acquiring knowledge of new professional instructions and guidelines.

You should be willing to be trained in new nursing tasks so that we continually can ensure you gain new competencies and professional development.

When you start with us, you will receive an onboarding process tailored to your competencies. You will also be assigned a buddy for the initial period.

About Local Team Hastrup In Local Team Hastrup we are about 50 permanent employees, consisting of social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, nurses and therapists, as well as regular substitutes, trainees and students. We live centrally in Køge and are close to public transport options.

The individual mini-teams plan their own tasks and driving lists daily to create continuity and quality for the individual citizen. We also have several welfare-technology solutions in daily life – including digital training and screen visits.

Who we are looking for It is a requirement that you are trained social- and health care assistant.

• See yourself as a member of a cross-disciplinary team where all professional groups contribute actively.
• Communicate clearly and with respect for citizens, relatives, colleagues and others.
• Work independently and dare to make your own qualified decisions – e.g. write relevant messages to the citizen's own doctor and other partners.
• Document according to the rules. We document in Nexus and training in the system is part of the introductory program.
• See yourself working in the evening in a 2-3 shift.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the negotiating organization.
