About Team Helgenæs – where professionalism and community meet

Team Helgenæs is a well-functioning and dedicated team that works based on the principles of the new Elderly Law, focusing on fewer staff in the citizen’s home and holistic care. We believe that continuity and relationships create security and quality – for both the citizen and the employee.

Our interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, therapists and other professions is a cornerstone of our work, and we regularly hold citizen conferences and interdisciplinary meetings, where we together find the best solutions with the citizen’s needs at the center.

We have a nursing professional coordinator employed to support SSH and SSA, as well as contribute to the professional development of the team.

As a social and health care assistant you will be an important key person in the care and development of the citizens’ everyday life.

You will have, among other things, the following responsibilities

• To ensure safety, quality and continuity in care
• To spar professionally with your colleagues and contribute to collective development
• To handle medication dosing and administration
• Injections
• Wound care and other nursing tasks
• To collaborate closely with relatives, colleagues and other professions

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Are passionate about the elderly area and have an appreciative approach to both citizens and colleagues
• Want to take responsibility and contribute to the development of our offers
• Are curious, professionally strong and have a good overview – even when everyday life is busy

You may be newly qualified. We provide a good and thorough introduction.

Salary and employment terms

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay setting.

Starting salary for a social- and health care assistant for 37 hours (step 24 + 520 base amount) DKK 29,425.90; end salary for 37 hours (step 24 + 10 steps + 520 base amount) DKK 34,716.65

Pension 14%. Optional benefit 1.29%

Start date 1 December 2026, or as agreed.
